Here's an Americana-style number looking, perhaps wistfully, at our National Pastime -- with apologies to non-North Americans. I have the song memo seen below(NA's in the original). The organ is MIDI using Synthmaster 2.7 and reverb from Reaper, which also supplied some pitch correction for the vocals (I admit I could use more!), compression, and EQ. I'm originally from St. Louis, where baseball is almost a second religion. The only reason I have TV service is for the MLB Network and the local news.
I love the transition from the first part to the second part. I don't think you need any more pitch correction on the vocal. Sounds fine to me. That was a real nice listen ... seriously!

Well, you had me at "baseball", Sam. My license plate is COACH51 because that was my number throughout the 18 years I coached. Love the lyrics, man. And wow you really captured the sound of the game from the stands, and picked the best seat --right behind the umpire. Thanks!!

Fun song! Clever use of the organ.
I think the vocal overpowers the instrumentals, but this song is all about the lyric, so it works.
