Wouldn't that be a DAW function? Drag the tracks from the VST to the DAW and use the DAW notation, that is if there is notation with your DAW. If you don't have notation with your DAW the free MuseScore3 may do work for you if you are using a 64 bit OS. https://musescore.org/en/3.0

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
