Can I buy an 'everything and I mean everything" pak?

This is based on a question in the main forum, but it's an idea I've wondered about for years.

BIAB regularly offers bonus paks, xtra styles, and one-time artist add-ons, and probably some things I'm forgetting. Note: I am not including separately marketed packages that must be purchased by everyone, like Guitar Star or the Pianist Performance Series - the stuff here: https://www.pgmusic.com/products.win.htm

What if you just purchased BIAB for the first time? What if you declined to purchase these at the time? We know some bonus material gets included in subsequent years but we don't know if all does, and in which package.

My question therefore is, can I buy a pak that would make sure I have everything that PG Music ever made? In a perfect world, a utility would examine what I have and present purchase alternatives for me to make my system complete.

That seems a great idea and if the user was only short a small number of items then maybe an option to buy them if they so wished.

Yes I did know the audiophile was 10 times larger, I have a vague memory of threads that discussed the non-audiophile users getting the audiophile version at a lessor price, but I suppose it's PG's marketing strategy.
