HUGE BUG in Mixer Window - [RESOLVED with Build 804] #627404 12/03/20 04:15 PM Band-in-a-Box for Windows

OP MikeK Veteran Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 2,610 Buford, GA	So, I click the EYE to add a soloist track, select one and generate. It does not generate on the Soloist Track, but overrides the Melody track. Not happy about that at all. And to add to the confusion: I select track 2 in the mixer to change it from a Piano to a B3. Melodist gets overwritten. Very buggy. I know VT opened a ticket, but I wanted to add this little HUGE bug! Hope, there is a fix for this soon! Thanks! Last edited by MikeK; 12/04/20 04:37 PM. The bug is this: When you right click on the mixer track to select RT for THAT track in picker, it selects the BOTTOM track, instead automatically selecting the one you right click on. Mike, to overcome this, I HOPE FOR VERY SHORT while, you can select a corresponding instrument track in picker where you want that RT to go.

But, it should not happen to functions such as the Mixer which was working just fine in the 2020 version. Yeah - we deserve some perks since we are Beta testing! When trying to change say a guitar track to a new real track a new channel is created labelled Guitar 2. Windows 11 i5 Laptop PC, Raspberry Pi4B 8gb running Linux and Windows 11. BB2022 Ultraplus. Sonar. Yamaha DGX 660 piano. Audacity. Irig Keys Controller.

Just to be clear, you can (right now) select the track by left-clicking on it. One thing you'll notice is, in the 2021 version all the track selectors are connected - i.e. whether you are selecting the track via the radio button, or in the notation window, or mixer, you are selecting the track. OP MikeK Veteran Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 2,610 Buford, GA	Doesn't work for me. Selected Piano in the Mixer (track 2) and wanted to change it to B3 Hammond.. Piano remains and the B3 organ pops up on the Melody track in the mixer, even though there was already a Guitar RT on the Melody track. I'll just wait for the new build. Thanks.
