In Realband, go to the track window, click on the space between the tracks and pull it down until you see the items between the tracks. As you pull the track down, you will see Edit VST/DX, Apply Cat FX and right below that will be Gain nodes. Click on Gain nodes and change it to Volume nodes.
Now you will see a blue line under the track you are working with, click any where on that line to create a 'node' Drag the node up or down to change the volume of the track at that point.
You can manipulate the volume of any track at any point in the song using this method.
