Yes. The Edit\Copy Special\ Copy/Move Tracks... is not a new command but in 2021 the command has been modified and updated to copy and move audio tracks as well as MIDI Tracks to any other BIAB track and the new Utility Tracks.

On systems prior to 2021, the Edit\Copy Special\ Copy/Move Tracks... command is there and works exactly the same except older systems won't have the new Utility Tracks instead, there's only the 7 Legacy BIAB Mixer tracks and the Audio Channel. The command won't Copy or move audio and is applicable to MIDI only. It provides users access to all 16 MIDI Channels to be separated from the MIDI file located on the Melodist Channel and moved to any other BIAB Mixer Channel. Moving a MIDI channel to a BIAB Mixer Channel will freeze the track so the MIDI Data will not be overwritten and will allow patch changes, volume, panning, Vst's and Fx's to that channel.
