Band-in-a-Box for Windows

I recently got a Ketron SD90 and would like to use it with Band-in-a-box for Midi. I have a Cakewalk ins file which I think you can convert to a BIAB file but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it. I read the information on the support topic but cannot follow what they are saying you do for the conversion. Is this still a feature in BIAB or maybe the interface has changed. Any help someone can give even with a picture or two would be helpful.
