Hola Vicent, bienvenido al foro, Antes que nada lamentamos los inconvenientes que describes. Dices que recibiste 6 CD de instalación por lo que nos gustaría conocer mas detalles acerca de cómo adquiriste Band-in-a-Box ya que actualmente no utilizamos CD como media sino el formato DVD, como podrás constatar en: https://www.pgmusic.com/bbwin.packages.htmPara el pack PRO son 4 DVD y para el pack MegaPAK son 8 dvd. Hace mucho tiempo que no utilizamos CD en los pack y obviamente debes haber recibido uno de esos dos pack mencionados ya que a partir de el UltraPAK hasta el Audiophile Edition se implementa el disco duro como media de contenido de los pack y el cual es enviado al cliente como parte esencial de su pedido. Quizá podría existir una variable que desconozco, ya que no es mi área directamente, pero lo puedo consultar con nuestro departamento de ventas ya que la figura de 6 DVD y menos de CD no parece coincidir con ninguno de los pack a la venta. They will not work with the Pro or MegaPAK version as they require the RealTracks included in the UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, or Audiophile Edition.
