If Band-in-a-Box or another PG Music programs crashes you can help PG Music find and fix the issue by posting a message in the forum and attach a copy of the crash message to your post.

One screen shot shows an exception message. Another screen shot highlights the copy to clipboard button.

Open Windows Notepad and press Ctrl + V to paste the clipboard contents into a text file.

Name the text file and save the file to your desktop or another convenient location.

Create a new forum message. Provide some detail about what you were doing when the crash happened.

Select "File Manager" at the bottom of the text box. Note: If File Manager is not displayed then select the "Switch to Full Screen" button at the bottom of the text box.
