Maybe it is not PGMusic's fault. Maybe the Synthfont people would not let PGMusic continue using the free VST! You might want to contact PGMusic and see what they say.

Edit - A possible workaround would be to delete BiaB 2021, install 2020, find the VSTSynthfont and all of its folders, copy them either off line or rename them, delete 2020, install 2021, then bring in the VSTSynthfont and all of its folders.

Or if you have another computer install 2020 on it and copy said VST and folders.

Usually a VST will work with any program that accepts them.
