I figured out what is happening. The last three bars of this file had tempo changes. I had originally made this song file 10 years ago, and I suppose that was to simulate a ritard before that was a parameter you could enter directly. So what is happening is that when you tell BIAB to render one file per track, the first track comes out right, but my last measure had a tempo override of 90 BPM. When rendering the subsequent tracks, BIAB is not resetting the tempo to the song tempo.

It is a bug, but an elusive one because it was tied to my tempo override. Obviously BIAB should always begin each rendered track at the song tempo unless the first measure has an override.

I'm almost positive this was correct in prior releases, but I can't easily go back to check.
