If you have any kind of MIDI drums with it you will be able to line it up.
If not you can use the ACW in Realband and set the bars to match your playing. I have done this numerous times.
Open your song, then click the ACW icon (looks like Dm if I recall correctly).
When RB asks if you want to preserve the bar locations, say 'no'.
Play the song in the ACW and tap the F8 key on the first beat of each measure. This resets the bar locations and adjusts the tempo to match. Once done, send back to RB.
Save As a different name so you don't overwrite the original..
Then add realtracks as needed.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
