I would think that you could use the Midi Guitar 2 stand alone to record midi into BIAB, but I haven't actually tried it. Probably more commonly people take parts from BIAB and drag them to Logic (or you can use Garageband or some other DAW program), where you can make all the other tracks you want (both midi and audio). You can use the Midi Guitar AU plug-in from within Logic (or Garageband). Directions for this are available on the Jam Origin website. Is there some reason you want to do this within BIAB? I would dare say that most people take their BIAB creations into a DAW program, and record their other tracks (whether audio or midi) within the DAW program.
