Yesterday I installed the BB2021 upgrade from the thumb drive, and the updated to Build 811.
While looking over the new features, I was interested in the Utilities, so I opened a song and copied the Solo MIDI track to Utility #1. It didn't work, so I decided to watch the video again.
However, although I didn't save the song, when I reopened it the Solo track could not be heard. I opened the notation mode, and everything was still there, but when it played the blue "bouncing ball" did not follow the notes as it did in previous versions.

To make thing worse, I checked other songs that hadn't been touched and the Soloist tracks on every song would not play, although they were all still there.

After a factory reset didn't fix the problem, I reloaded BIAB2020 (every thing worked fine) and then installed the BB2021 upgrade. Still nothing.

I then loaded BIAB2021 onto another computer and everything, including the Soloist track worked fine.

Any idea what I can do?
