You know I've upgraded BIAB for about the last 15 years and I've never had so many problems. I'm pretty sure this stems from releasing the product too soon before adequate testing has been undertaken. I hear you. The last couple of years I have felt more like a Beta tester than a user. In fact this year a couple of updates have come so fast that I could skip a couple when installing them onto my music computer. BUT I am glad that PGM is working hard and fast on fixing the bugs.
I think my wife has started to show the first signs of dementia.
She said she can't remember what she ever saw in me!

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
