Did Mike say his C drive was a SSD?

He did say that he has roughly 40% free space on drive C, which is not yet any problem. Once you get under 15% on a standard hard drive, it slows down considerably. A SSD requires 20% free space.

My experience is that BIAB does load faster on a SSD and feels ‘snappier’ in use. The main component for speed in BIAB is the CPU for regenerating, but I would call the storage drive the second most important because of loading large RealTrack files. This assumes sufficient decent RAM, and Mike has 16GB.
