Mine may have been an anomaly, but I thought I'd add the info here in case anyone else encounters a similar situation.

My BIAB 2021 (Windows) order was for the UltraPAK plus ...

"Receive a Free Bonus PAK with most Band-in-a-Box® 2021 for Windows packages, or upgrade to a 49-PAK for just $49." .... I purchased the upgrade.

The UltraPAK of course came on the PGMusic Hard Drive and was marked
"WIN BBU(49) 2021 804".

The installation for the program went smoothly.
The "Welcome to Band-in-a-Box" included card stated:
"... Any other programs included in your order can be found in the "PGMusic" folder."
When I check that folder on the HDD, the only subfolder there was "Installers".

I contacted PGMusic Support, explained the situation, and they immediately set up a download for me for the 49PAK, insisting that the Free Bonus PAK would have automatically been installed with the 2021 program itself. In doing some checking, it did NOT.

However, it WAS included in the download for the 49PAK.

I now have everything installed, updated and running on the desktop machine and my laptop, and am a happy BIAB-er. Way to go PGMusic!

If you upgraded to BIAB 2021, and you haven't already, you may want to check that everything you purchased got installed.

Good luck, and everyone stay safe!
