Thanks - and just to be complete, it also just provides a single wave file when Master is dragged into the + section of the "Drop Zone", whileholding down CTRL. I still get the popup and have "Separate files for each track" checked. "Formerly I could also check the "MID" box and it would provide MIDI of the REALTRACKS when available." This helped a lot in that I could open one of the MIDI files in Cakewalk (using "Open With" from Windows file explorer) and it would give me the full tempo map from the Biab arrangement. Then I would drag the waves in, knowing they would line up properly. I haven't found a way using the plugin to vary the tempo of a song. I've run into other roadblocks with the plugin, so just find that my "original" workflow works more reliably for my projects.
