Hi Pierre,
Clicking on the style title (found immediately below the song title) will open the Style-picker. Opening it is not quite as quick in RB (as BIAB) and usually takes my computer about 4 or 5 secs.
Regards, Noel

I think Pierre is looking for the Songpicker, not the Stylepicker. No, there is no Songpicker in Realband. You can open SGU/MGU files in RealBand, but you have to know the file name and find it on the disk based on the file name. Maybe you should make a wishlist suggestion for the future.

Well, it comes down to how you manage files on your computer. Do you have a folder (and possibly sub-folders) where you keep your song files organized. Do you name files something meaningful, so you can find them again.
On my computer, I have a folder hierarchy where I store my files (not program files, but data files, such as the BIAB MGU files). So, in RealBand, I just select File, Open, then navigate to the appropriate folder and select the file I want. RealBand will open a number of different formatted files - SEQ, MIDI, MGU/SGU, WAV, MP3, etc.
One thing you might want to do also, if you haven't, is to go to your folder options in Windows Explorer and make sure you are showing file extensions (the last 3 letters). Otherwise, you just have rely on the base name of the file and an icon to indicate what the file is. Just open Windows Explorer, select (from the menu) Tools, Folder Options, then select the "View" tab. From there, uncheck the box that says "Hide extensions for known file types".
Even with the Songpicker, you still need to understand the file and folder structure on your hard drive, so you can navigate to the appropriate starting point. Granted, selecting files by name won't give you all the extra information that Songpicker does (because Songpicker looks inside the file for different properties to build the Songpicker list); you have to go by the file name only (and maybe the save date).
I hope that helped some.
Again, visit the wishlist and ask for this as a future enhancement.
