You can go back to your first post of a thread and edit the subject. You can also click on Mark as Resolved. This has been the case for a few years, and is good form to help others who may find your thread.

Sometimes I will go to my first thread and add EDIT: solved. See the last post.

I created a pointer to my two forum wishes in the other programs wish list.

I am unable to edit a first post after a while. Few days maybe. Not sure when. If used properly it can save a lot of wasted reading time.
