My understanding is both Band-in-a-Box 64 & 32 bit recognize jBridge natively. You shouldn't have to tell either program anything about the jBridge installation as they will automatically seek out it's help as needed. It's an install it and forget it application as far as Band-in-a-Box is concerned.

A couple of years ago Jay built a special version of jBridge for PG Music. The special version let the 32 bit program interface with 64 bit plugins without the user having to open jBridge. The current released version of jBridge continues to support Band-in-a-Box in the background.

What has not been verified is if BiaB 64 bit works with jBridge as a background app. In other words, is it needed to support 64 bit Band-in-a-Box using 32 bit plugins?
