Hi, Yes I first installed the 2021 Megapak last week. It's the first BIAB purchase I've made. So no prior installations. I decided to upgrade to the UltraPak for the additional RealTracks. PGM customer service recommended the upgrade.
I installed it but when I opened the Download Manager, none of the RealTracks from the UltraPak were listed. The only ones visible were the originals from the MegaPak install.
So I decided to delete the (MegaPak) program and reinstall the UltraPak. The RealTracks are now all available for download.
So basically one problem has been solved, and another created.
