Keith, Mario makes a good point. Previously, you wrote: Now here's the perplexing thing; I have two laptops, one has BB2020 and the other has BB2021. The BB2020 works perfectly, but if I disconnect the two cables and connect them to the BB2021 computer, the latency happens. Both versions are using the same song files. Is the operating system exactly the same on those two laptop computers? What O/S is running? Roland don't list a driver for the Edirol UM1X for Windows 10, and I wonder if a driver was substituted if you have Windows 10 on one of the systems.
