I like many of us, have played Autumn Leaves many many times. But no one ever played it like this! This comes out in the documentary when the band just marvels at "... we laid back because we just were never sure what she was going to do".
Eva was only here for such a short time. If you blinked you missed her. The documentary linked above gives a good intro to her talent. Here is another of her incredible renditions of a classic.
Her version of Autumn Leaves was just absolutely stunning and had a very haunting quality to it. It's definitely going to stay with me for a while! Thanks for sharing.
