Did PG Music actually supply this file or might it have been downloaded from a separate source? My setup certainly does not have this file in anything supplied by PG Music.
I would dare to say this is not a PGM file. I happen to have this. So I played it in current BIAB 2021. First It does not "automatically" start to play a second time. It also does not have a proper start. It ignores the pick up notes characteristic of the tune so it is possible someone has edited it to get the pickup notes and then maybe caused a problem with the file..
Can you upload your version of the tune so we can look close at it.
