Right-click the drum track track waveform display area (in Tracks window)
Click 'select whole track' (to highlite the whole track)
right click same area again and select 'audio effects-gain change'
Set the checkbox to 'constant gain'
set the preset to 'normalize'

click OK
Drum track should be normalized

To do this to multiple tracks, just highlite the tracks before starting the process above

I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
