Most users have come from Sonar, Cubase, PT, Saw.....

They were looking for a better program. They found it.
The majority have stayed.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unwilling to read the manual. Most experienced Photoshop users would have never got there without the Photoshop Bible.

Reaper is a dream to track in and a great mixing environment. Probably the biggest hurdle is in understanding how to use Routing.

I think I read somewhere that some of the Realtracks were recorded via Reaper.......hmmmm.....

All these programs have their place from the light weight apps to the more advanced. Use what you like... there is no best app...only best app for you or me!
