Rob Helms Veteran R Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 8,700 Pawling New York	I haven’t had latency for years now. As Bob said it is simple if you use the proper driver. I remember back a few years when asio4all was the rage. That was because so many people were using interfaces with either no native ASIO drivers or using a mixer or such. Asio4all is just a wrapper that makes mme drivers act like ASIO. Once I downloaded a native ASIO driver for my interface I eliminated my latency. HP Win 11 12 gig ram, Mac mini Sonoma with 16 gig of ram, BiaB/RB 2026, Reaper 7, Harrison Mixbus 11 , Presonus Audiobox USB96

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
