Now I am trying to record audio and get this. I have good signal going in. I record the guitar track in Audio. I stop the recording. You can actually SEE the recorded material recorded on the track and then the thing asks: "KEEP TAKE?" You select YES, and then the take disappears instantly. What the bleep?
Yes, I know. It's user error. Can't be anything dorked in the program. So what am I doing wrong?

/note the setting at the blunt end of the arrow to record both tracks (L&R) .. if it is a Mono track target and you record into the right side, it may not keep it. It may be looking for only the left side. The other end of the arrow lets you record Audio even if the target track is set to MIDI.
