Hello Band-in-a-Box lovers. I am holding an online Zoom session for beginners on 23 January 2021.The time is 15:00 GMT 09:00 USA Central. Use this link to find out what time the session is in your part of the world. You can book the session on https://www.joannecooper.co.za/The cost is $10 and the session will last 2 hours. It is suitable for both Mac and Windows users. Here are the topics that we will be covering: 1. Introduction to the Band-in-a-Box interface 2. Choosing a song 3. Finding a suitable style 4. Setting up the song structure and chords 5. Song endings 6. Adding, changing and removing instruments 7. Adding an instrumental solo 8. Using stops and holds to add interest 9. Changing styles, key and tempo in the middle of the song 10. Recording vocals 11. Adding harmonies 12. Rendering to Mp3 I will be pausing at the end of each section to answer some user questions. A recording of the session will be made available to paying clients after the session.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track.
