I guess the problem that I am having is this. I have real tracks in the song. If I do what you say the real track player seems to go crazy. I guess that’s inevitable though, right?

Michael RealTracks are pre-recorded musical phrases usually several bars long. They are audio. Some have notation which has been transcribed from the audio performance. Changing the notation probably won't change the performance of the pre-recorded audio.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
