There is a Templates folder, intended to save your templates to and help avoid accidentally overwriting them.

Then under File pull down menu is the option to open New Template.
This lists these SEQ files in the Templates folder.

There used to be a file named $OPTIONS.SEQ that held the RB initial load info, not sure if that still applies to RB_X64.

Try saving your setup as that name and see if it opens with them.
