The Styles folder in BIAB\bb\Styles shows styles which I cannot find in the Style Picker. How can I makes sure that all the styles I have are included in this list. I have tried rebuilding to no avail.

Some examples would help others to see what the problem is.
For example, some of the Styles that are showing missing and what BIAB package do you have installed.
I would do the following at your end first.
1. Return to factory setting
2. Do a SLOW style rebuild in style picker, not a fast rebuild
3. Run the BIAB Cleanup utility program using the BB-Cleanup.exe program.
4. What Add-ons do I have? - To see if you are missing any packages.

I don't have all the packages, but I would have thought that if a style is in the Styles Folder in e.g. \BIAB\bb\Styles, then it should appear in the Style Picker.
I ran the cleanup and got the following info:
Files with STY extension are absent in folder D:\BIAB\bb\
Files with STX extension are absent in folder D:\BIAB\bb\
There are no files found by mask D:\BIAB\bb\unins*.exe
There are no files found by mask D:\BIAB\bb\unins*.dat
work completed
All STY and STx files are in the folder \BIAB\bb\Styles.

Thanks jcland, returning to factory settings seems to have fixed it. I can see the ones which were missing now.

Good deal CeeBee. There is always a way out of a dilemma in BIAB thanks to the support staff at PGMUSIC and follow users on the forum.
If it is fixed for you, I would go ahead and mark the message as Resolved so others can see how the problem was resolved.
