Since the beginning of RT's, I have never uninstalled a RT package and probably never will. No, you don't need to keep them. Also, starting with 2021 the uninstaller files have friendly names instead of uninsxxx. The unins* data files are in C:\bb\Uninstall\Data and I suggest you keep those as they would be from 2021. You could delete all the ones from the main C:\bb\Uninstall folder, as they are from a previous version and in your case probably aren't much use to you.
