Hi,
I just updated to Ultra 2021, and now have shedloads of Realtracks. However, I have just selected a style and the bass and guitar are, you guessed it, N/A.
The style is, Kind.STY Kind 12-8 Indie Folk. The guitar is, 3651:guitar, Acoustic,Fingerpicking IndieSlow 12-8 Sw 050.
The bass is,3547:Bass, Electric, AmericanSlow12-8SteveA Sw 040.
Now according to the style selector the guitar is RT 362. When I look at the Realtracks I downloaded I have this file, it's realtracks 360-363, likewise the bass.
I tried reinstalling the file but it still say's N/A.
There are also other styles with realtracks missing, which are showing in the download folder.
I have tried rebuilding styles several times, both fast and slow, but no luck.
Can someone help me with this, as after spending so much money to get these styles, it seems that once again, I am having to substitute instruments.

I also encounter this problem, without ever knowing if it is due to a limitation of my BIAB package or a pb installation. I also redid the installations and rebuild styles. Without success.
For me, it is an aberration to suggest styles that are not applicable.
I suggested to support to upgrade BIAB to only offer styles corresponding to the BIAB package installed (Pro, ultra ...), so that we do not ask questions for nothing.

Hi,
If you don't have the Realtracks, then you can't play the full style. As you say, what is the point of having the style, when most of the realtrack instruments are missing.
I upgraded to the Ultra pack thinking this would only happen rarely, as now I have the Realtracks.
It seems now that I don't.
BIAB really feels like a con at times.

I just looked at the Realtracks to see if the one I am looking for is available, and it say's that the guitar is included in the Ultra pack.
The is clearly something wrong, as I have it, but it's not working.

You mentioned that you have done a Styles rebuild, so that rules this out for the moment.
Is there any chance that you installed the RealTracks at a different location to where BiaB expects? They can be on another drive etc, it's just that you need to set BiaB to look for them at that location. (Options > Preferences > RealTracks > Custom RealTracks Folder).
They do all have to be installed at the same location.

I have sorted it.
After clicking around, I opened a window which showed the Realtracks that I have,
it was looking in the wrong folder.
I had the old BIAB Pro, on one HHD, but when I upgraded there wasn't enough room. I put the BIAB Ultra on a different HHD, but it was reading the old pro folder.
I now seem to have all the Realtracks.
Thanks for your suggestions.
