My MacBook Air 2013 running High Sierra 10.13.6
Last night I got a black screen, nothing! Tried to do all the reset options
and none would bring it to life. Tried again this morning and still nothing but
a black screen. The power cord always showed green.
And then while on hold for Apple help, the Apple logo lit up and the machine
powered up and is working as if nothing ever happened.

The Apple tech suggested that possibly I had too many programs running
which I did, BB, GarageBand, iTunes. He suggested I upgrade to Mojave or Catalina
but not Big Sur.

As stated above, I’m using High Sierra 10.13.6 and running BB 2016 and have had no problems. (I tried unsuccessfully to get BB 2018 to run for 6 months and gave up)

My question is should I have any problems with Mojave? or Catalina?

Thanks in advance.
