Hi there!

I am a registered user and I am running PowerTracks since version 3.0. I also use v8.0 and v2018 as well as BiaB v2005.

It seems that I can't find screenshots and/or videos of version 2021, 2020, 2019, ... anywhere.

I need to check if

  • 1) the graphical appearance of the mixer window has been improved and if
  • 2) the track window is able to use objects

These two topics prevent me from buying newer versions. Why are there no more screenshots and/or demo videos available?

Greetings, Michael

Here's a screenshot of PT 2021, hopefully that answers some of your questions. Not sure what you mean by "the track window is able to use objects" though, can you elaborate?

Thank you Pipeline and Simon for the screenshots!

@Simon
In PTA when dropping several midi files (e.g. MIDI Drum files with variations of fills, chorus, verse, break, ...) on a single track they are combined into one midi file and do not exist as single "objects" anymore.

For example:
Intro - Groove 1 - Break A - Groove 2 - Fill 3 - ... becomes one single file.

Now I want to try a different order of these drum files:
I can set markers, and cut and paste. But thus changing the order is cumbersome, the markers have to be renamed.

Even using and renaming a single track for each drum file object isn't as convenient as drawing the single midi objects with a mouse.

Greetings, Michael

You might be better doing it in Reaper as you can set a region name to a midi item and move both region and item. You can also name the midi item or put a marker in it.
