Midi styles On arranging songs, I like a pedal bass from time to time. (Bass stays on the V7 chord, during a turnaround)
But, I think it’s too loud and pushy, so I adjust the bar settings for the bass and lower the volume.
After the pedal I change the bar settings in the following bar to (bass) volume “return to normal”. But, it doesn’t respond. So, with every time there is a pedal passage, the volume lowers until you can no longer hear the bass...
Cause inserting pictures is difficult (url instead of inserting a file) I included the pictures as files. There’s a 5 picture limit, so, not all the details.
It used to work in version 2018, didn’t really check in vs 2020, and now it does it all wrong. I know all about “return to factory settings”, I do that repeatedly, for all kinds of reasons, but to no avail.
