From Italy, no luck with both links, I had to give up. No problem instead with "alternate" link. I downloaded from that link at the usual fast speed. Alfredo

I have the same problem. It shows 4 hours. I have tried several times.

I am having the same problem here in Southern California. I wonder if it is possible to have the software mailed out on a thumb drive? It might arrive before the download is finished ;-)

Welcome to the forums. What version of BiaB are you downloading, and from which server i.e. what is the URL? (there is a new server in use now that doesn't/shouldn't experience the same slow speeds)
