I am having the same problem here in Southern California. I wonder if it is possible to have the software mailed out on a thumb drive? It might arrive before the download is finished ;-)
Welcome to the forums. What version of BiaB are you downloading, and from which server i.e. what is the URL? (there is a new server in use now that doesn't/shouldn't experience the same slow speeds)
