I have never used this feature, but I gave it a try hoping to be able to help you out. Unfortunately, like so many things in BIAB there are way too many options and features to figure out on the fly what does what, much less figure out what is working and what is not.
I was able to use it to jump to different parts of the song, so it is not completely dead, but other than that I was lost on what was supposed to do what. So my only generic answer is to try the RTFS switch.
Otherwise, hopefully someone who has experience with the Conductor will come along and tell us both if it is working or not.
