It's amazing how God works, a song can just hit you, and you have to write it down, and then get out the laptop, and open up BIAB, and the rest is history, this song isn't even 24 hours old. Ronnie...love this song for many reasons...first of all the message is by far the most important part of any gospel song and you nailed it (no pun intended)...the stlye is perfect for conveying the message (though serious and profound) the style keeps it light and non-threatening...our testimony and unique witness is all God ever asks us to lay on people....you did that in an identifiable and
winsome way...well done brother...love it...Dan

Hi, Ronnie. Musical and solidly built. The verses tell the story against a bouncy backing, and the chorus comes in with a strong message and nice harmony. Catchy melody, fun listen, good write. The band sounds great, and I love listening to your vocal phrasing. Well done!

Another winner Ronnie! Super vocal with an outstanding message. "There was a time within my life, I was a drinking fool, I didn’t know or really care" Did you spy on me when I was in my youth   Those lyrics are top shelf and the band was fantastic. Excellent work!

A true believer and you express it well in your songs. This is real gospel, the kind you'd hear on a television broadcast, just like the lyrics say. I think the band is praising right along with you. Good one.

Love that western swing Ronnie . Harmonies sound good and lyrics tell an interesting story . Keep it quiet , but I can relate to that first verse LOL. I'm a wee bit secular myself Ronnie but that doesn't prevent me from enjoying your often pithy songs. Enjoyed this.

I thought instead of Western Swing, it was more of a Honky Tonk sound, kinda like a Dwight Yokum beat!!
