Actually you can have a two beat intro, however you have to do it yourself, but it is easy to do. F5 the first measure and make it 2/4 and make only the drums play in the first measure via C.d. F5 the second measure and make it 4/4 and place your first song chord there. You will now have a two beat intro to a 4/4 song.
{edit} I forgot to state that you have to uncheck all of the options in the options/preferences/count-in/met window prior to doing the above.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
