I own the following plugins but use them in my DAW, not BIAB:

Virtual Guitarist - Iron
Virtual Bassist - Royal

I start out and set up the MIDI tracks how I want in BIAB then export that over to my Pro Tools DAW. Although it's not too difficult to edit MIDI in the piano roll in BIAB, I prefer to do that in Pro Tools. BIAB is more or less my starting point to set up the framework of the song I'm doing and then Pro Tools is where I fill in the rest.

Of course there's nothing wrong with doing more of the work on the BIAB side, it's just the way I like to do it.
