No. Decompressing the WMA files to WAV doesn't change the fidelity, since WMA is lossy, so decompressing a lossy WMA gives you a lossy WAV. Only reason to decompress WMA files is to *slightly* speed up generation times, but since we now have a fast method of generating the RealTracks, that isn't much of a factor any more (ie no reason to decompress WMA to WAV)

(note that this discussion is separate from the AudioPhile version of BB. The Audiophile version has **lossless** WAV files, so does have higher fidelity. That version costs more, and is on a 1.5 Terabyte drive. That version is used primarily for people doing high-end recording or running a studio)
