Assuming everything was OK prior to this you may have picked up a virus or a lot temp files. CCleaner will delete all of your temp files. So run these free programs in the following order and they will hopefully solve your problems. But be forewarned that you are running very near the lower RAM limit for Windows 10 and that will slow everything down.
