Unfortunately you can't. BiaB only has 2/4,3/4, and 4/4. You might try RealBand if you are using the PC version. I believe it will accept 6/8 time signatures.

Note all of the 6/8, 12/8, and 5/4 in BiaB are based on n/4 time signatures. Even if you export a 6/8 time signature style to a DAW it will export in 4/4. I have been harping for years for that to change .
