So an older student of mine all of the sudden started having trouble with his dropbox and his .SGU files.
The .SGU's had a ufo icon next to them. Before my student could click the file in the cloud of DB and BIAB would open fine for him. I looked at my DB cloud folder where they are stored and same thing.
Something must have changed very recently where DB no longer knows what that file extension links to. Of course you can download to the computer and then click the file and the program opens fine. But many of my students do not have DB on their actual computer and just use the cloud version to interface with files.
Wondering if the engineers know about this?
There doesn't appear to be any way to "direct" the online file to open BIAB so that it works going forward. Granted I was working on his PC and I'm more fluent on Mac OS.
