Yes of course it's possible to do it that way. It's also very tedious and time-consuming -- OK for working extensively on one song, but it requires setting up each song. If you use BiaB (as I do) largely as a practice tool for improvising, you want to be able to switch from song to song quickly. I could devote an afternoon to converting my whole library to Logic projects, but really ... So many of the virtues of BiaB have to do with its being an "on the fly" tool.
