Just because a song falls outside the norms doesn't mean it should be changed. smile

Generally, there's nothing wrong with having a short vocal song. I'd have probably dropped the long instrumental, or put it at the end.

But would it have been an improvement? I wouldn't say that.

I didn't comment because I was complaining, just that I was surprised.

Unless you've got someone who skips your version because they don't find vocals in the first half - and that's not likely a real problem - I see no reason to change it.
